The reason I first bought these products was because one of my 3 dogs has IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) and the explanation of the product reminded me of the importance of enzymes. I felt a sense of security as the manufacturer was Ohtaka Kohso so I bought it. I also give it to the other 2 dogs in the same way mixed into their morning and evening meals and it is clear that they have almost no stomach problems now. Even if I wasn’t worried about the good condition of their stomachs, I feel that there are probably other good effects so I keep on using it. I use it as a supplement food Mr. K from Hokkaido: He uses Furikake Wan Dog (12 years old) Our dog was always healthy and never got sick until it was about 10 years old when it developed breast tumours and bladder stones and had three operations. As the dog had a disposition to forming calculi, our vet recommended that we feed the dog dried food as it makes it more difficult for stones to form but the dog stopped eating altogether so we took the plunge and changed to home-made food instead. However, we were worried about nutrition so we decided to try out Furikake Wan. At that time, Furikake Wan was a popular topic on the internet and lots of people were saying it was pretty good so I bought it without hesitation. At first, for some reason, the smell of the fermented food bothered me but the dog seemed to love it and it eats home-made food with Furikake Wan without leaving anything in its bowl. Since we started using Furikake Wan, the dog hasn’t had any more breast tumours or bladder stones and it hardly has any stomach problems or constipation or diarrhoea. I think Furikake Wan is good for the dog’s health and it is also medicine for the owner’s peace of mind! Cost Performance with Furikake Wan Mr. N from Aichi Prefecture: He uses Furikake Wan and Super Wan Nyan Dogs (Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, 11 and 14 years old) I was already using Ohtaka Kohso myself (bath salts and Super Ohtaka) and I bought Super Wan Nyan because the younger of my dogs had sensitive skin but they both liked it. I use Furikake Wan for the daughter (right in the picture) because she has had a tendency to put on weight since she had a hysterectomy and for the mother (left in the picture) in order to maintain health as she is an old dog and I buy it because it is more cost effective than Super Wan Nyan so I can feed it to them every day. I feed them 2 spoonfuls of Furikake Wan sprinkled on top of their dog food and the younger dog lost around 2 kilos in a year. She is no longer overweight and her skin is improving compared to before. The daughter is not particular about her food and eats well but the mother has likes and dislikes so I have to mix in things that she doesn’t like to eat much (dried bonito flakes, etc.). ◎Are you worried about any of the followings?
