Guadagnini ‘Cozio' viola 1773 68cm X 84cm このヴィオラは、ジョヴァンニ・バッティスタ・グアダニーニが彼の「トリノ時代」に作った最初のヴィオラの1つです。この時期に彼の最高の作品のいくつかが作られました。コツィオ・ディ・サラブエ伯爵からの定期的な収入は、彼に制作において意欲的、実験的な自由を与えました。高いセットのFホールと拡大されたセンターバウトを備えたこの小さなサイズのヴィオラにもその一例です。背中の長さは400mmで、幅の広いフルアーチと鮮やかな黄橙色のニスが付いています。このポスターには、高精細CTスキャンと完全な測定が含まれています。

It bears a label dated 1736, and the character of the instrument fits perfectly with his style in that year. The back is spectacular, with a broad and deep flame extending upwards from the central joint. Includes measurements ‘The main character of the violin is an appearance of delicacy, a trait that is generally unexpected for “del Gesu”, but which is often found in his instruments before his later period.
